The Challenge
Operational information was difficult to keep consistent when customer details, vehicle history, line items and invoice status lived across disconnected records and manual processes.
Our Approach
- 01Built authenticated customer, vehicle, job and invoice records inside one protected admin workspace.
- 02Added reusable templates, service and parts line items, invoice attachments, email delivery logs and draft-to-paid status tracking.
- 03Implemented CSV and XLSX exports alongside session security, CSRF protection, security headers and automated tests.
The Outcome
The shipped system gives the workshop one structured source of truth for customer and vehicle history, invoicing activity and operational exports.
