Questions

Frequently
asked.

The things people actually ask before they hire a web, marketing or software studio in Sydney — answered plainly.

We do not publish fixed prices because the honest answer is that scope drives cost. Tell us what the business needs and you get a fixed number before anything starts.

Ask a question
01

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what the site has to do, and anyone who quotes before asking is guessing. A five-page site for a trade business is a different job to a bilingual site with a live currency estimator or a booking flow that talks to your calendar. Three things move the number: how many pages and user journeys, whether you need custom functionality or a standard build, and whether copy and photography are supplied or handled by us. We scope first and give you a fixed price for a defined piece of work before anything starts.

02

Do I have to sign a long contract or monthly retainer?

No. Most engagements start as a scoped project with a fixed price — a website, a local SEO and Google Business Profile setup, a Google Ads build, a dashboard. You see how we work before committing to anything ongoing. If monthly work makes sense afterwards we will set it up; if it does not, you have a finished piece of work and owe nothing further.

03

How long does a new website take?

A standard business site is usually a few weeks from kickoff to launch. Custom functionality, ecommerce, multiple languages or content we have to write from scratch extend that. The honest bottleneck is usually content and feedback turnaround on the client side, not build time — we will tell you upfront which parts depend on you.

04

Who owns the website, domain and ad accounts?

You do. Your domain stays in your name, the website is yours, and your Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile accounts stay under your own login with us added as a manager. Same for any custom software we build. If we part ways, we remove our access and you keep working.

05

Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?

Yes. We are Sydney-based and work with businesses across Australia, remote or in person. Local SEO work is location-specific by nature, so we build around wherever your customers actually search.

06

How long does SEO take to show results?

Local SEO work — Google Business Profile, categories, services, reviews, location pages — often moves within weeks because it is fixing things that are simply missing. Competitive organic rankings take months, and anyone promising page one in 30 days is either buying links or telling you what you want to hear. We report on movement monthly so you can see whether it is working rather than taking it on faith.

07

What is the difference between SEO and Google Ads?

Ads buy you the top of the page immediately and stop the moment you stop paying. SEO takes longer and compounds. Most businesses we work with need ads switched on while SEO builds, then rebalance as organic traffic picks up. We will tell you if you only need one.

08

Do you only build websites, or software too?

Both. Roughly half our work is marketing and websites; the other half is custom software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets — operations dashboards, CRMs, invoicing and reporting tools. Granville Automotive is a typical example: customer records, vehicles, invoicing and exports in one system instead of five.

09

What industries do you work with?

Trades, clinics, retail, finance and service businesses, mostly owner-operated through to multi-site. Recent work includes SW Support, AAMGY Money Services, Granville Automotive, Link2Power and Dent Pro Sydney.

10

What happens on the first call?

We ask about your numbers, your customers and how the business actually runs, then tell you what we would do and roughly what it involves. If we are not the right fit we will say so. No deck, no pressure.
