Privacy and personal information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Lavendr Collective handles information supplied through enquiries and ordinary use of this website.

Information you choose to provide
The project brief on this website prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not silently submit or store the details you enter.
If you email us, we receive the information included in that message, such as your name, work email address, business details and project information. We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we are a suitable fit and communicate about potential or active work.
If you send a careers application, we collect the contact details, location, work preferences, links, application message and résumé you choose to provide. We use that information only to assess your suitability for current or future employment, contract, internship or project opportunities.
Website and analytics information
This version of the website does not load third-party advertising, chat or analytics scripts. Standard technical logs may still be created by the hosting provider for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
If analytics or additional forms are introduced later, this policy must be updated before those tools begin collecting personal information.
Storage, access and disclosure
Enquiry information may be stored in the email and business systems used by Lavendr Collective. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond to or deliver the requested work.
Careers applications and résumé files are transmitted through the configured Lavendrmail application service and may be retained in Lavendr Collective's recruitment, email or business systems while they remain relevant to an opportunity or lawful record-keeping need.
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business, meet legal obligations or deliver agreed services. Provider locations and data-residency arrangements depend on the systems selected for the engagement and should be confirmed in the project agreement.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need to retain. Legal, accounting or dispute-related obligations may require some records to be kept.
Send privacy requests to hello@lavendrcollective.com. We will take reasonable steps to verify the request before changing or releasing personal information.
Australian privacy expectations
We aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can investigate and respond.
If a concern is not resolved, information about privacy complaints is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
