The Challenge
Different projects require different states and labels, but the underlying delivery process still needs to be repeatable. The workspace also needed to remain private, branded and locally controlled.
Our Approach
- 01Configured nine project workspaces with delivery-specific states, labels and reusable planning structures.
- 02Structured 78 initial work items and 218 labels so website, campaign and operations work can be filtered consistently.
- 03Deployed the system through a self-hosted Docker configuration with local security controls and Lavendr branding.
The Outcome
The internal workspace provides one controlled operating layer for planning, prioritising and handing over client work. It is deliberately staff-only rather than being presented as a client portal.
