SW Support

An accessible disability support platform with six clear service pathways and a private publishing workflow.

SW Support needed a digital presence that felt as human as the support it provides while giving visitors a practical way to understand services, adjust the interface and make contact.

The Challenge

Disability support websites can place too much responsibility on the visitor to understand categories and terminology. The experience needed to explain the offer in plain language, reduce visual and cognitive friction, and give staff a safe way to publish updates.

Our Approach

  • 01Structured the site around six distinct support pathways, with reassurance that visitors can still start a conversation before choosing a category.
  • 02Built eleven accessibility controls, three quick profiles and persistent preferences that apply before the page becomes visible.
  • 03Implemented a private staff publishing workflow with roles, draft protection, image optimisation, validation and sanitisation.

The Outcome

The shipped platform combines a welcoming public website with practical accessibility controls and a protected content workflow, giving visitors clearer choices and staff a maintainable way to keep information current.
